Store Policies
We would love to be your store of choice when it comes to consigning furniture and home décor!

We accept items that are clean and in good to excellent condition.

Items must be clean. Rugs must be vacuumed, glasses must be washed, furniture must be free of stains, pet hair, or in need of repair. Linens must be freshly laundered.

​We offer a 12 week consignment period with a 50/50 split of the sale price.

Consignments are accepted Monday to Saturday from 10am to 3pm

You may drop off small items for consignment any time 10-3 Monday-Saturday, a maximum of three boxes. Furniture requires pre-approval and scheduled delivery. Please email us photos of the furniture you wish to consign. If you need help to deliver and set up your items, we can provide names of recommended movers. All items need to be clean, in good condition, and ready to go on the floor.

Items that don’t sell right away are reduced by 20% at 3, 6 and nine weeks.

Checks are available for pickup on or after the 15th of each month. These checks are for the previous months' sales. Checks expire after six months and will not be reissued. You can keep track of your inventory at: myresaleweb.com (instructions on MyResaleWeb page).

You may remove items from the store at any time. Unsold items that have expired become store property. Customers wanting their expired items should pick them up by the expiration date.
